We all know how important exercise is for us, but still many people don’t do anything at all. If this is you then the hardest part is often just getting started. However, once you do you will feel so much happier, more energised and will be more productive in everyday life.

I will share with you some of my favourite exercises and some workout ideas. Of course being a rower some ideas around sessions on the indoor rowing machine is a must! Used correctly, the indoor rowing machine is a great tool for fitness and an all body workout.
