I am a big foodie, and love to cook, so I thought it would be good to share some of my favourite recipes with you. As a full time rower, I do burn through more fuel than most people due to the high volume of our training programme, but it is essential to get that fuel from the right foods.

I hope these recipes show you can eat well but also really enjoy it. Naughty treats are a must at times so I will be sharing my favourites of these too! Enjoy!
